In order to return an item you will need to obtain an return authorization number (RA #) from our contact us page.

Please complete by the following instructions outline below:

  1. Contact and we will work with you to troubleshoot your item. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will send you an e-mail with an RA # confirming that it’s OK to send back your defective merchandise.
  2. Take care and repackage the defective item including the instructions and ALL accessories. Items must be shipped back at your expense.
  3. Send a copy of you receipt indicating the item you would like a replacement or obtain a refund.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days from the day we receive your item. NOTE: Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process after we have initiated the credit.
