In order to return an item you will need to obtain an return authorization number (RA #) from our contact us page.
Please complete by the following instructions outline below:
- Contact Concreteparts.com and we will work with you to troubleshoot your item. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will send you an e-mail with an RA # confirming that it’s OK to send back your defective merchandise.
- Take care and repackage the defective item including the instructions and ALL accessories. Items must be shipped back at your expense.
- Send a copy of you receipt indicating the item you would like a replacement or obtain a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days from the day we receive your item. NOTE: Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process after we have initiated the credit.
