In order to return an item you will need to obtain an return authorization number (RA #) from our contact us page.

Please follow the instructions outlined below:

  • Contact Concreteparts.com and we will work with you to troubleshoot your item. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will send you an e-mail with an RA # confirming that it’s OK to send back your defective merchandise.
  • Repackage the defective item including the instructions and ALL accessories. Items must be shipped back at your expense.
  • Send a copy of you receipt indicating the item you would like a replacement or obtain a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days from the day we receive your item. NOTE: Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process after we have initiated the credit.

Please Read:

  • Warranty: 30-day warranty on purchased parts.
  • Returns: All returns must be completed within 30 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Storage Fees: All service repair invoices are subject to storage fees of $200 per week.
  • Attorney Fees: Any and all attorney fees will be paid by the customer if the invoice remains unpaid 45 days after service completion.
  • Possession & Lien: Customer’s signature acknowledges that the equipment is transferred into the possession of Pump Parts Specialties LLC until service completion. Pump Parts Specialties LLC retains ownership and reserves the right to file a lien if the machine, vehicle, truck, trailer, or any equipment is not paid in full and picked up.
  • Late Payments: Late payments are subject to a 12% interest charge.
